Laguna de los Cóndores coffee is cultivated by the Cooperativa Cafetalera Laguna de los Cóndores in Peru's Luya Province. These high-altitude farmers, inspired by their mountain heritage, handpick and process their coffee cherries on the same Andean peaks where their ancestors—the Chillaos—first grew coffee. Named after a lagoon frequented by Andean condors, the cooperative focuses on sustainable practices to enhance coffee quality, support native ecosystems, and uplift the livelihoods of its members. Their dedication preserves a unique coffee heritage, producing an exceptional coffee grown in the clouds and nurtured by generations of mountain dwellers.
